UAE E-Invoicing Accredited Service Provider List
29 October 2026
A list of UAE e-invoicing accredited service providers (ASPs) is available, with 73 currently listed, covering mandatory requirements.
The UAE requires businesses and government entities to use Accredited Service Providers (ASPs) for e-invoicing, and a comprehensive list of these providers is available. This list includes all 73 currently accredited ASPs, as verified by the Ministry of Finance.
What is an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) for UAE E-Invoicing?
An Accredited Service Provider (ASP) is a entity approved by the Ministry of Finance to facilitate the exchange of e-invoices in the UAE. Under Cabinet Decision No. 106 of 2025 and Ministerial Decision No. 244 of 2025, all VAT-registered businesses and government entities must use an ASP to issue and receive e-invoices. ASPs ensure compliance with technical and legal standards, acting as the intermediary for invoice transmission.
UAE E-Invoicing Mandate Timeline
The requirement to use an ASP is phased, with deadlines varying by entity type:
- Voluntary adoption: Opened 1 July 2026 (no obligation to go live).
- Phase 1: Businesses with annual revenue of AED 50 million or more must appoint an ASP by 30 October 2026 and start issuing e-invoices from 1 January 2027.
- Phase 2: All other VAT-registered businesses must appoint an ASP by 31 March 2027 and go live from 1 July 2027.
- Phase 3: Government entities must appoint an ASP by 31 March 2027 and go live from 1 October 2027.
Technical Requirements for E-Invoicing via ASPs
Invoices exchanged through ASPs must use the PINT AE format and operate on the Peppol 5-corner model, as specified by the Ministry of Finance. This ensures interoperability and standardization across the UAE’s e-invoicing ecosystem.

Why Use an Accredited ASP?
Using an unaccredited provider risks non-compliance with UAE e-invoicing regulations, which may lead to invalid invoices and potential issues with tax authorities. The accredited list ensures businesses and government entities work with providers that meet the Ministry of Finance’s technical and operational standards.
