Accredited Service Providers for UAE E-Invoicing: Directory & Requirements
6 August 2026
Accredited service providers (ASPs) are mandatory for UAE e-invoicing; 42 listed on uaeasp.ae.
Accredited Service Providers (ASPs) are entities approved by the UAE Ministry of Finance to facilitate e-invoicing under the national regime. All VAT-registered businesses and government entities must use an ASP to exchange e-invoices in the PINT AE format via the Peppol 5-corner model.
What are Accredited Service Providers (ASPs)?
ASPs are the critical intermediaries in the UAE's e-invoicing ecosystem, ensuring compliance with Cabinet Decision No. 106 of 2025 and Ministerial Decision No. 244 of 2025. They enable the secure, standardized exchange of e-invoices between parties, using the PINT AE format—a UAE-specific adaptation of global e-invoicing standards—and operate on the Peppol 5-corner model, which connects businesses, ASPs, and the national e-invoicing network.
Mandatory Adoption Timelines for ASPs
All entities subject to the e-invoicing regime must appoint an ASP by specific deadlines, as outlined by the Ministry of Finance. The timeline is structured in three phases:
| Phase | Entities Affected | Appoint ASP By | Go Live Date |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Businesses with revenue ≥ AED 50m | 30 October 2026 | 1 January 2027 |
| 2 | All other VAT-registered businesses | 31 March 2027 | 1 July 2027 |
| 3 | Government entities | 31 March 2027 | 1 October 2027 |
Voluntary early adoption opened on 1 July 2026, but no business was required to be live on that date.
Key Requirements for ASPs
ASPs must meet strict technical and operational criteria to maintain accreditation. These include supporting the PINT AE format, integrating with the Peppol network, and ensuring data security and integrity. Invoices exchanged through non-accredited providers are not considered compliant under UAE law.
